			Vice President for Finance
				Hello everyone!  My name is Xuan, and I am super excited to be the VP for Finance on the Illini Union Board!  A little about myself: I grew up in China and lived there until I was 12 years old.  My family then moved to Toronto and eventually to the North Suburbs of Chicago.  I am currently a sophomore in Biochemistry here at U of I.  Being a premed is certainly challenging, but it's not going to stop me from pursuing my dream in medicine!  During my spare time, I love to run, volunteer, and nap.  Recently, I've just found another new hobby: gardening :) I have been involved on the Illini Union Board since I was a Freshman.  In the beginning, I helped out with the Mom's Day Craft Fair; and last semester, I was the Director of Cultural Programs.  Both were truly wonderful experiences that gave me insights to various forms of art and culture.  Even though, as the VP for Finance, I won't be working directly with programming events; I will be busy with budgeting so that more money can be used for programs YOU want to see!
