			Vice President for Programs
				Hello and Welcome to the Illini Union Board!  My name is Marilyn Nguyen.  I am a junior in Molecular and Cellular Biology with a minor in Asian American Studies.  I love being a part of the campus community of U of I!   Most of the time you can catch me scurrying across the quad or running around the Union.  I have a passion for meeting people from all walks of life and experiencing new things, especially new foods!  When I don't have my head in book I'm spending time relaxing with my friends and roommates.  There nothing I love more than a good laugh and to be surrounded by smiling faces! I'm pleased to have the opportunity to serve as your VP of Programs for a second year.  The Illini Union Board is a group of enthusiastic and dynamic leaders that I could not be happier to be a part of. We are one of the largest organizations on campus that bring students quality educational, cultural and fun events.  Each member of IUB has a passion for making a difference in their campus.  The time and care they put into each event is a testament of their passion.  I would like to extend an invitation to everyone to join the Illini Union Board.  Come meet me and my wonderful IUB family!
