The Director organizes IUB spring and fall retreats, plans Board orientations and programming workshops for volunteers, provides on-going training for committee chairs while also chairing the selection committee. Volunteer Recognition organizes the annual Volunteer Recognition Reception, coordinates year round volunteerism and helps in the selection of annual IUB awards.
